Lifestyle Empowerment for Alzheimer's Prevention (LEAP) Classes

Designed by experts at the KU Alzheimer’s Disease Center, LEAP equips individuals with the tools and information necessary to help reduce their risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease in the future. Current research suggests that even small changes in lifestyle can have a huge impact on brain health. Regardless of a family history of Alzheimer’s disease or just a desire to learn more about brain-healthy lifestyle choices, all individuals are encouraged to participate in this program.
